This was the absolute WORST cleaning experience and customer service I have ever had!! They lost my custom pants which clearly had my logo on all items and put someone else’s shirt in its place. I returned the incorrect shirt and came back 6 times afterwards to either retrieve my correct item or a refund! The owner of the company was unapologetic, rude, raised her voice over mine, insensitive and refused to offer any help. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER CLEANERS to patronize!!!!! I also cleaned my Black gold lined jacket and the gold came back damaged. This is NOT the cleaning or customer service we deserve!!!! In the picture below I had to wear my BLACK pants because my White pants were MISSING!! I never leave bad reviews but this one was warranted!! AWFUL customer service, AWFUL cleaning service, AWFUL negligence of my items and AWFUL leadership from the company owner!!!!!!!

Was told 24 hour service for dry cleaning was no problem and they would call me when it was ready. 6pm the next day I called as it was getting close to closing time to be told my jacket is missing. When i go to pickup what was ready I was informed to come by before my flight at 6am to see if it gets found and delivered and that they would know I was coming. When i arrived the morning shift not only had no idea I was coming or what I was talking about but there was still no jacket. I'm now headed to a wedding without a jacket courtesy of The Dry Clean Company's promise

First of all, I’d like to preface this by saying I do not like to give businesses bad reviews, and I’ve waited to cool down to write this review, but never have I experienced anything like I experienced today speaking to the owner of this business. This is the second time I come here even after being charged a 3.75% credit card charge the first time with their overpriced fees but I figured since I already went once I would go back. Well I went to pick up my clothing and when I went to look at my husband‘s jacket, I instantly noticed what you see in the picture. So I went back to the store and told the woman working at the front and she was appalled and said she would let the manager know. Well, the next day this lady calls me “as the owner” and tells me that she looked at that jacket herself and advised me to go back to the store where I purchased it and return it because it was not well-made. YES , this was her solution. She went on and on about how their chemicals and machine would never cause this damage and that I should just return the jacket. CLEARLY there are two different fabrics and I’m sure they did not pay attention to that and caused this damage. I told her that I didn’t drop off the jacket like this and this jacket that we’ve had for five years that was custom-made from suit supply has been taken to the dry cleaner many times. She never offered to try to help me fix it or give us any refund. It’s not so much getting my money back. It was the lack of accountability. No, her solution was i need to take it back to the manufacturer. I’m absolutely appalled that this is how they run business and looking now at their reviews I can see why this is not the first time they’ve messed up peoples clothing so I advise you do not take your clothing here.

The worst Dry cleaning experience, if you value your clothes DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEAN SERVICE. I took my Kashmir coat (see pictures attached) and they damaged the texture of the Kashmir, and burned the buttons of the coat; when I went back to complain to the store, the manager/owner told me that they do not guarantee the service, and they could do nothing for the damages on the Kashmir and burned buttons on the coat, and they would not refund my money. Is unbeilable how can a business like this one can operate damaging people’s and not respond with honesty.
