This was the absolute WORST cleaning experience and customer service I have ever had!! They lost my custom pants which clearly had my logo on all items and put someone else’s shirt in its place. I returned the incorrect shirt and came back 6 times afterwards to either retrieve my correct item or a refund! The owner of the company was unapologetic, rude, raised her voice over mine, insensitive and refused to offer any help. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER CLEANERS to patronize!!!!! I also cleaned my Black gold lined jacket and the gold came back damaged. This is NOT the cleaning or customer service we deserve!!!! In the picture below I had to wear my BLACK pants because my White pants were MISSING!! I never leave bad reviews but this one was warranted!!
